To ensure that all of our listeners have a fair and equal chance at winning, we would like you to follow these revised contest rules.

KNUU GENERAL CONTEST RULES (revised 2/15/07)

1. No purchase is necessary.

2. There may be only one prizewinner per household every 30 days.

3. Unless otherwise stated by KNUU, winners must be 18 years of age.

4. Cash prizes must be claimed in person at the offices of KNUU after a waiting period of ten (10) business days.

5. Non-cash prizes must be claimed in person within 14 business days of winning. Prizes may be mailed at the discretion of KNUU.

6. Prizes may not be transferred or substituted, or exchanged for cash. Winners are solely responsible for all insurance and all taxes associated with prize. Winners may be asked to produce a current valid driver’s license, current valid photo I.D. or to execute an affidavit of eligibility, and/or other release.

7. Participants automatically consent to having their voices and/or likeness used for promotional purposes, winners agree upon acceptance of prize that KNUU, their advertising agencies and affiliates and employees shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of any prize awarded.

8. Contests are not open to employees and their immediate families of KNUU and its advertisers, agencies or judges involved.

9. KNUU is not responsible for issues regarding telephones or phone service, including hang-ups and disconnections.

10. KNUU reserves the right to alter or discontinue a contest at any time.

11. Contests are subject to all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and void where prohibited.
