Born and raised in Hawaii, Andy Vierra got into radio while attending the University of Hawaii, Manoa. At the age of 24 he was named Program Director for Hawaii's foremost news-talk station, KGU, making him at the time the youngest "PD" in the format nationwide. Andy Moved to "the mainland" in 1986 to take a job at Reno's top news-talk station, KOH. From there he went on to programming stints in the Los Angeles area and Santa Barbara before coming to Las Vegas. He's been Program Director for KNUU since 1999.

 

Gail Sande

Gail has been involved with radio since the early 70's as a program director for two different country music stations. Then worked for a classic rock station through the 80's in promotions and commercial production. And in the 90's became the Production Director for a popular news and information station in the Pacific Northwest. In 2004, with a desire for more sunshine, moved to sunny Las Vegas and became the Production Director for KNUU.

 

Jim Servino

Jim has worked in radio broadcasting for the past 30 years and started at his college station. He has been a radio owner and manager and has worked in New Jersey, Utah, Washington and Oregon. Jim and his wife moved to Nevada in 2006. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Green Valley and recently completed a term on the board of directors of the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.

 

Santo Parisi

Santo brings over 25 years of marketing and sales experience to KNUU. He moved to Las Vegas in June 2004, from the Boston area where he owned and operated a successful franchise print company. In addition to the graphic arts industry, Santo has also worked in travel. He and his wife live in the Aliante community of North Las Vegas.
 

Barbel Warren
Traffic Director & Sales Account Executive

Barbel grew up and received her “formal” education in Germany. Bringing a diverse variety of talents with her, she joined KNUU in December of 2004. Being adventurous, traveling is one of her many passions although she has called Las Vegas “home” for 30 years. A “life long learner” she joined Toastmasters International in 2009 where she finds ample opportunities for personal growth. This led her to host her own talk show “Radiantlyu” for the year 2010.

 

Mort Roberts

Mort's 20 years at KNUU radio combined with his 40 years in broadcasting in both sales and as a talent in radio and television has earned him recognition by his peers. He was inducted into the Nevada Broadcasters hall of fame and received the ambassador of courtesy award by the Las Vegas Chamber Of Commerce.
